I met Lucie in a online coaching course a few years ago and then for the first time in real life in Bordeaux a few months ago! She’s the founder of Positive Impact Studio which works with mission mission-driven startups from early stages to more established. With an honourable mention for that website, she’s grown in design and has worked with all sorts of mission driven start ups. Lucie is insanely passionate about what she does but what I love about Lucie is that she is also keen to build an agency while also living and working abroad like living in Central America for a year. Lucie goes the extra mile for clients - she is one of the hardest working people I know and I’m excited to dig in to her failures today!

The failures we’ll talk about today are:

1. Failing to help yourself before you can help other people
2. Making good decisions, at the wrong time
3. Specialising too early
