Jamie is the founder of Virago which specialises in webflow development for creative agencies and independent designers. Her team is now 5 people including Jamie and the agency is a professional partner. Virago has worked on some killer projects so far including TEDx Miami, Caviar Caspia and Juice Pharma. Basically, Jamie is killing it but was it always this way?

The 3 failures we will discuss today are:

1. Starting out as a Wordpress designer and developer and taking on ridiculously low paying projects.
2. Working 12+ hours a day on all the wrong things after starting my agency.
3. Hitting what I thought was my 10 year monthly revenue target and feeling nothing but stress.
